Cape Fear Museum of History and Science

“Mike Walker worked with the exhibit team at Cape Fear Museum of History and Science to develop the new exhibit Cape Fear Stories: Land of the Longleaf Pine. He analyzed the information and artifact data supplied by the team and provided a comprehensive design for the 2400-sq.ft. space. Mike provided valuable insight and recommendations for construction and installation. And, he was accessible through the entire process. Mike’s experience designing myriad exhibits–from hands-on family exhibits to the high-security Dead Sea Scrolls–ensured an exemplary product. Land of the Longleaf Pine opened April 1, 2011, and in October received the Southeast Museums Conference Award of Excellence.” January 4, 2011
